Shipping and Refund Policy
Your standard order from our vintage online store will be dispatched with Australia Post within 2 business days, Monday to Friday excluding Public Holidays.
Once your parcel has been sent you will be notified with a tracking number by email.
We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:
• has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
• is unsafe
• is significantly different from the sample or description
• doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.
Please keep your proof of purchase.
Contemporary Cluster only accepts returns on items purchased within AUSTRALIA.
* If you intend to return your purchase then we require that you notify us at email@example.com within fourteen (14) days of delivery with your order details and the reasons for your return. We will then contact you to arrange your return.
* This returns policy is limited to full price products.
* If you purchased discounted product or sale product then you will only be able to receive a Refunded Credit. Please note that products that are discounted by fifty (50%) percent or more cannot be returned for a Refunded Credit or refund whatsoever.
* You must return your purchased product within seven (7) days of notifying us at firstname.lastname@example.org
